We are excited to see you have an interest in visiting Cayuga Community College!

Group Visit Guidelines

To provide the best experience for all involved, we ask that your group follow the following guidelines:

Requests: Please contact us a minimum of 2 weeks before a small group request and 4 weeks for a large group request. Our Admissions Team will do our best to accommodate your preferred date/time, but cannot guarantee.
Arrival: Punctuality is very important to our faculty, staff and student ambassadors. In the event of an undiscussed late arrival, your visit may be modified or cancelled.
Supervision: Chaperones are expected to provide structure and discipline when needed to allow presenters to share college information. It is not the responsibility of our faculty, staff or student ambassadors to discipline your students. It is our request that groups provide 1 chaperone for every 15 students.
Cancellation: Please contact the Department of Admissions as soon as possible in the event of a necessary cancellation. Group visits will be automatically cancelled if either or both parties have a delay or cancellation due to inclement weather.
Behavior: All visitors are expected to be on their best behavior and to respect campus property and presenters/tour guides. If behavior becomes an issue, your group (or a portion thereof) will be dismissed from your previously scheduled end time.
